Where is the studio located?
We are located in Lewis Center, Ohio, serving Columbus, Delaware, Powell, Dublin, and surrounding communities. Full address and directions will be provided after booking.
What are your booking hours?
Studio sessions are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. The final session of the day must end at 5:00 PM. Evening and weekend sessions may be available upon request through a custom booking inquiry.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you set up and ready to record on time.
What is included in a studio session?
Each session includes:
• Professional microphones and audio setup
• Multi-camera video recording
• Studio lighting
• On-site support during your session
• Immediate access to your raw files after recording
You walk in, record, and leave with professional-quality content.
How long are the sessions?
You can choose from:
• 90-minute session
• 3-hour extended session
• 5-hour half-day
• 8-hour full-day
All sessions include setup and wrap-up time.
Will someone help me during the recording?
Yes. We provide basic on-site support for setup and technical guidance.
If you want full hands-on assistance throughout your session, you can add an On-Site Producer.
When do I get my files?
Your files are provided immediately after your session.
You can bring a hard drive or use our digital file delivery.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend bringing:
• Your guest(s)
• Any talking points or outline
• A portable hard drive if you want a physical copy of your files
Everything else is handled in the studio.
Do you offer editing services?
Yes. You can add:
• Full episode editing
• Social media clips
These are optional add-ons during booking.
Can I record multiple episodes in one session?
Yes. Many clients book extended or half-day sessions to batch multiple episodes efficiently.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
