These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The Deal Flow Network (“DFN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying for, purchasing, or participating in a Deal Flow Network membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Membership Eligibility & Enrollment
Membership in The Deal Flow Network is open to business owners, professionals, and advisors who align with our values of collaboration, integrity, and relationship-driven growth. Membership acceptance is subject to approval by DFN. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at our discretion.
Membership Fees & Payment Terms
Membership fees are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis, as selected at enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
Access to curated networking events and meetings
Podcast participation and promotional opportunities
Educational workshops, think tanks, and growth sessions
Brand visibility within the DFN community
Access to member-only resources and communications
Benefits are subject to change, enhancement, or limitation at DFN’s discretion.
Conduct & Professional Standards
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all DFN events, meetings, podcasts, and online platforms. This includes:
Respectful communication and collaboration
No harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior
No solicitation outside approved DFN channels
DFN reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is deemed harmful to the community without refund.
Referrals & Deal Flow Disclaimer
The Deal Flow Network facilitates introductions and networking opportunities but does not guarantee referrals, deal closures, revenue outcomes, or business results. All business transactions, agreements, and due diligence are the sole responsibility of the participating parties.
Podcast, Media, & Promotional Content
By participating in DFN podcasts, events, or promotional activities, members grant DFN permission to record, use, edit, and distribute audio, video, photographs, and likeness for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Members agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions, shared information, and proprietary insights exchanged within DFN. DFN is not responsible for the independent actions of members who may disclose information outside the network.
Cancellation & Termination
Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at enrollment. DFN reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violation of these Terms without refund.
Intellectual Property
All DFN content, branding, materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of The Deal Flow Network and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the network, events, or membership activities.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Modifications to Terms
DFN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
