Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The Deal Flow Network^® (“DFN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying for, purchasing, or participating in a Deal Flow Network^® membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Membership Eligibility & Enrollment

Membership in The Deal Flow Network^® is open to business owners, professionals, and advisors who align with our values of collaboration, integrity, and relationship-driven growth. Membership acceptance is subject to approval by DFN. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at our discretion.

Membership Fees & Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis, as selected at enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits. Annual memberships automatically renew annually. 2026 annual memberships run through December 31, 2027, with the first renewal on January 1, 2028. A 45-day renewal notice applies. A $250 reinstatement fee applies after a membership lapse. All annual memberships renew on January 1 each year.

Membership Benefits
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
- Access to think tanks, expos, and member events.
- Podcast participation and promotional opportunities
- Educational workshops, think tanks, and growth sessions
- Brand visibility within the DFN community
- Access to member-only resources and communications
Benefits are subject to change, enhancement, or limitation at DFN’s discretion.

Conduct & Professional Standards
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all DFN events, meetings, podcasts, and online platforms. This includes:
- Respectful communication and collaboration
- No harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior
- No solicitation outside approved DFN channels
DFN reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is deemed harmful to the community without refund.

Referrals & Deal Flow Disclaimer
DFN provides think tanks, education, events, and produced media. DFN does not arrange introductions, referrals, or business transactions between members, and does not guarantee referrals, deal closures, revenue, or business results. Any business relationship between members or attendees is formed independently, and all transactions, agreements, and due diligence are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

Podcast, Media, & Promotional Content
By participating in DFN podcasts, events, or promotional activities, members grant DFN permission to record, use, edit, and distribute audio, video, photographs, and likeness for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality
Members agree to respect the confidentiality of discussions, shared information, and proprietary insights exchanged within DFN. DFN is not responsible for the independent actions of members who may disclose information outside the network.

Cancellation & Termination
Members may cancel by giving DFN written notice at least 30 days before their renewal date. Annual dues are non-refundable; a cancelled annual membership stays active through the end of the paid term. Monthly memberships end after the final billing cycle following the 30-day notice. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. DFN may end a membership immediately, without refund, for violating these Terms.

Intellectual Property
All DFN content, branding, materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of The Deal Flow Network^® and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the network, events, or membership activities.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Terms
DFN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
